Basically, I couldn't find a theme that will help you find out the name of the anime you stumbled on.
( I hope there are enough skilled/specialised/experienced people who would actually help out ^^" )
Usually some people make videos on youtube featuring songs, but they never label the name of the anime they cut up to put in this video - or random pictures you've seen and you are desperate to find out what manga/anime it is from => Just put the link to the video or the picture in this thread and hopefully our dear administration or any other person will be able to name it...
