Ok firstly guys sorry i was away for a long while. I blame WOW ( world of warcraft ) :meow:
Anyway, my new NAS is arriving next week hopefully :high: I'm going to install a Seagate 1.5 TB hard drive and hopefully i can expand my storage much more once prices have dropped :meow:

So what is a NAS ? People call it a external storage case to hold your hard drives and share it on your network to other devices such as PC, PS3 etc. Some of the more expensive NAS also have raid features with backup software at a push of a button too.
However lately, Synology and QNAP are adding in more features such as website/forum/ftp hosting, and torrent/http/ftp downloading. This is available on both their low end and high end NAS models making it available for the regular home user to the big corporate companies that want a cheap good easy to setup server.
